I've been following your work since you made "Just something beautiful", so it is about time I made some comments and reviews on your work.

Eyes are a really strong point of yours. Crisp clear, lovely colors and details, especially with the reflections. No suggestions for improvements, it is just that good The light composition is really interesting. I really like how it is placed right behind the shoulder with strong highlights on the jaw and bloom effect. However, there seems to also be a second strong lightsource (not ambient light) coming from the front. It makes the image a bit hard to read since there is basicially no shadows, which i believe there should be. The nose is a good example on that. Her right side of the nostril should be shaded. The nostrils are bent outwards meaning that there should atleast be some ambient occlusion going on. Right now, she has more of a snake appearance with her nose. It would improve greatly if you made the shape of the nose more distinct.

Your detail work is really good. Love the clothes and the collar. Nice touch with the seams.

You are really improving when it comes to making hair. There is still the issue of making the start of each hair blend in properly so it does not look pure brush strokes, but I am also struggeling on that part so I know how hard it can be.

Last thing to nitpick about is that there seems to be something off with the proportions. We tend to recognize when something is wrong with a face, but it is hard to say exactly what it is. The jawline is one continous smooth line, perhaps it need to be sharper at some points or changing direction. I don't know what, but the shape or the composition of the face doesnt really sell it 100%.
